KeyGen has extended its business to providing scientific and technological services and products to be used for life and science research.
To expand the capacity of the facilities, to expand the database of the HGRD and to enhance its market presence, KeyGen is seeking to raise $6,000,000 USD through equity funding either by:
• Direct Investment by a knowledgeable investor in the industry,
• Biotech/Pharma firm in the West to provide funds and management skills and market
• RTO with a PIPE in place upon being public.
