Organizational Structure
KEYGEN has built its linear internal administration structure following the conventions of modern enterprise administration.
KeyGen has been developing a strict system of reward and penalty and make regular evaluation on the performance of sales department.
Management Team:
KeyGen has an internationally recognized team of PhDs in cancer research and proprietary intellectual property for cancer research.
• Xuegen Wang, Ph.D., President, General Manager
Since 2000，Dr. Wang has been Vice General Manager of Nanjing Medical Group, In charge of new drug R&D. During this period he established the Research Institute of NMG and KeyGen Biotech. He organized the R&D of KGCGS series of anti-cancer gene-switch drugs.
Ten new drug certificates have been achieved under his leadership.
1994—1999: One of the Founders of the National Biochemistry Engineering Center and Vice Director. He has been honoured:
• National Science & Technology Development 1st Award;
• Science & Technology Development 1st Award of Chemistry & Industry Ministry;
• Two Awards for; Science & Technology Development 2nd Award of Jiangsu Province.
• Three Patents
• And, published over ten research papers.

Dr. Wanzhou Zhao has participated in the R&D of several new drugs, mainly the evaluation of pharmacodynamics and toxicology of the drugs to be tested, including Mainlining Injection (improve the condition of cardiovascular system), Nanxing Pain Relieving Adhesive Plaster, Fufang Haishe capsule (improve the central nerves system).
Mainlining Injection and Nanxing Pain Relieving Adhesive Plaster are in clinic application in China now.
